More about Jonathan: He is connected to the Centre for Imaginative Research and Cultural Education (CIRCE_SFU) at Simon Fraser University with Kieran Egan and Gillian Judson (@perfinker). In his words:

“Something that changed for me in the last year was reading a book “Run Like a Pirate” by author and speaker Adam Welcome (@mradamwelcome). This created a shift in my mindset about putting my health first and also that we are capable of much more that we think, and it’s not just about running. So I have challenged myself to push through physical and mental barriers. Having an imaginative mindset means that I am hopeful about the possibilities that exist for ourselves, the future of education, and our society as a whole. I am grateful for all the educators, students and families who have been so supportive and encouraging along the way.”
