Pair-a-Dimes 25 – Kelly Christopherson

Kelly Christopherson and David Truss on Podcasting Pair-a-Dimes

Description: “Every Day is a PD Day!” Kelly and I have been connected online for 14 years, starting on a blogging platform called ELGG, which included a number of different educator communities and social networking apps that predated Facebook and Twitter. Although we have never met face-to-face, we have been connected members of each other’s personal and professional learning networks. In doing a little background search, I found this comment from Kelly on my blog, dating back to June 18, 2007:

David, it has been great getting to know you through your blog. I feel that, at times, you were just around the corner and our conversations would pick up where they left off.

Our podcast conversation starts off with a focus on every day being a Personal/Professional Development Day, but it ends on the power of digital networks to develop positive relationships… and great friendships.
